This policy describes the ClimaForge website at www.climaforge.tech and inquiries made through it. “ClimaForge,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this website. It does not replace the data processing terms agreed for a customer’s WeatherOps AI deployment.
To ask about privacy or exercise a right, use the Contact page and select Privacy request. Provide enough information for us to understand and respond to the request, but do not include passwords or sensitive operational data.
02. Information you provide
A meeting or contact request may include your name, work email, company, industry, role, approximate operational footprint, preferred meeting date or time window, timezone, and the message you choose to send. Required fields are marked on the form.
The website does not require an account. Do not send confidential customer records, health information, payment details, or precise asset coordinates through a general inquiry form.
03. Information associated with your visit
Hosting and delivery providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request time, and the requested resource to deliver the site and maintain security.
